Our Fall 2026 BrightStart begins Saturday, September 19 at 20 Hartford Road in Manchester located at the corner of Hartford Road and Main Street. This eight week experience for families with a child 4 years old or less and siblings up to age 8. It runs from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Space is limited, first come first served. Enroll Now!

BrightStart is offered free of charge. Families receive a children's book or toy each week as well as free diapers every week.
